About MCPC

Our Story

Every collaborative starts with a conversation. For MCPC, it was this one:

โ€œWhat if care itself could be an aid to life?โ€

At MCPC, we bring together a deep fluency in how prepared environments unlock growth with the daily, hands-on reality of caring for aging adults and people living with dementia and disability. A fluency in what real families and care communities actually need. Where other frameworks see limitation, we see possibility. Where the field defaults to managing decline, we ask how to build environments where people can still grow, contribute, and thrive.

Montessori Care Partner Collaborative is what happened when that conversation became a commitment. A partnership dedicated to carrying Dr. Montessori's aid to life into every circumstance where care is needed.

Mission

The Montessori Care Partner Collaborative brings Dr. Montessori's vision of education as an aid to life into dementia, disability, and aging care. We prepare care partners, families, support staff, and practitioners to create environments where every person can grow, contribute, and thrive, because possibility doesn't end with age or ability.
